14th birthday surprise

HELLO ALL! finally, i can back to post something new in dani's life (me). and nowww im gonna tell you 'bout my birthday surprise from my friends in school on friday, oct 23 2009. no party, but fun with the surprise they made for me with a chocolate cake with the cacao powder on the top, fresh strawberry, and some candles.i guess, they bought it from cheese cake factory. sooo yummyy hmmm.they gave me a lovely hugs and shout"happy birthday dani" ughh what a great friends(dindapramesti can't enjoy cause she's going to spore with her mom).

OKEY hey kalian. akirnya gue semangat buat ngepost karena seblomnya gue malesssss banget yaaa. jadi gue sm temen2 mau ngadain garage sale kita mau ngejualin smua barang yang udah ga ke pake tapi masih bagus dan bisa di jual kayak baju2 sm boneka ato apa kek terus kita juga mau bikin kalung sm minuman buat nambah2 penghasilan di garage sale nya. yaaaaaaaaa lumayan lah ya nisa ngehasilin uang sendiri walaupun tadinya ide ini buat iseng2 aja uhuuuuu asik yaaa tapi kita masih bingung buat ngadain n ya di mana karena masih belom dapet tempat yang bisa di pake karena ada rumah2 yang ga boleh kita pake karena ortu kita ga bolehin okeee BYEEE

YEAY i got the recipes of cupcakes. huuuuuu i want to try this

VANILLA cup cake

Ingredients
5 oz (150g)	Butter - softened
5 oz (150g)	superfine (castor) sugar
6 oz (175g)	self-raising flour
3	eggs
1 tsp	vanilla extract
Method
1.	Pre-heat the oven to 350oF (180oC).
2.	Line a 12 cup cake pan, with cup cake papers.
3.	Crack the eggs into a cup and beat lightly with a fork.
4.	Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
5.	Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, until light and creamy.
6.	Divide the mixture evenly between the cake cases.
7.	Bake for 18-20 minutes until risen and firm to touch.
8.	Allow to cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
9.	Allow to cool fully before icing.

for 12 cakes

uhuuu the icing recipes :

butter cream icing

Ingredients
5 oz (150g)	Butter - softened
8 oz (250g)	confectioners (icing) sugar
1 tsp	vanilla
2 tsp	hot water
Method
1.	Beat together the butter and sugar with an electric beater.
2.	Once well combined, add the vanilla and water. Beat until smooth and creamy.

butter sama castor sugar nya di masukin di campur di aduk2 klo udah masukin telur nya satu per satu aduk aduk aduk terus

terus masukin tepung nya (tepung mengembang sendiri *self-raising flour-__-) pake saringan jadi kayak di ayak2 gitu masukin nya

terus klo udah di aduk aduk aduk smpe ngembang kayak gini

klo udah tinggal masukin adonannya ke cup buat cupcake pake sendok makan biar ga berantakan. masukin ke oven terus di kasih icing sm toppingnya, bisa juga adonan nya di campur sm choc chip. bye
